Brooks Glycerin Flex

The Glycerin Flex is a shoe designed to move with your foot to give you a feeling of freedom when you run. Brooks have added targeted flex grooves (like pods) to the sole of the running shoe, giving flexibility and support where you need it. This shoe is so flexible, it almost bends in half! It'll still give you support of a neutral runner, just more flexibility.
