What's the difference?

Glycerin vs Glycerin GTS?

Both these Brooks running shoes have soft cushioning and are great for everyday long distance running. The Glycerin is a neutral shoe while the Glycerin GTS is a stability shoe - providing more support to overpronators or flat feet. Only choose the Glycerin GTS if you need structured support.

Glycerin GTS vs Adrenaline GTS?

Both the Glycerin GTS and Adrenaline GTS use GuideRails™ support technology to minimise overpronation. The Adrenaline GTS has additional structured support and has a slightly firmer feel, best for everyday running and walking. The Glycerin GTS has softer cushioning with stability, better for long distance or recovery runs.

Ghost vs Glycerin?

The cushioning in the Glycerin is softer than the Ghost. Slightly firmer cushioning makes the shoe lighter and more versatile for faster paces, while softer cushioning is best for longer distances.
