What are your opening hours?

We open 9.15 to 6pm Tuesdays to Saturdays. However, we close on Mondays at 5.30 (we've a class to get to!). On Sundays and bank holidays, we close a little earlier, at 4.30pm. Please note the workshop is not
open on Sundays and Mondays.

Where are you based?

We are in the lovely Wicklow Town! Come and visit us sometime - we have
onsite parking for customers making it easy to bring your bikes in and out. We share our space with The Firehouse Bakery - so you could make a day of it!

Do you take deposits?

Yes, we do.

Do you accept One4All cards?

Yes, we do.

Do you do gait analysis?

We don't offer video analysis, but we do have a Safe Size machine in-store to help you match your foot with each shoe brand we stock. This measures your foot size, width, arch etc. We are renowned for spending quality time with our customers identifying their running style and matching that with a suitable running/walking shoe. We can also help identify the correct running shoe for common running injuries like Achilles Heel, Plantar Fasciitis, Morton's Neuroma and more.

Can I join your running group?

Yes, please do! Just come to the shop at 06.29 on a Friday morning for our regular 5k run.

Do you do the Bike To Work Scheme?

Yes, we do. Once you have chosen your new bike, we will issue your employer with an invoice.

Can I order a bike if I don't see it in stock online?

If you don't see the bike model or size you would like on our website, please give us a call, or pop down for a chat. We don't have all the bikes in stock as we are limited with space but we have access to more bikes and sizes. We always recommend calling into us for a chat to determine what's the right bike for you.

How do I book my bike in for a service?

If you phone the shop on 0404 62380,
we can let you know a good time to bring your bike down. Sometimes, the workshop gets a little crowded with bikes so we may need to push out your bike service by a couple of days. If you need your bike for a weekend spin, we recommend bringing it down early in the week. Please note the workshop is closed Sundays and Mondays.

How quickly do you deliver?

We fulfil online sales on the day of order for collection by DPD. They are usually very quick with delivery. If you order before 11am you can generally expect next day delivery all going well. All orders can be tracked online with DPD.

How do I return an item?

Returns can be processed by logging into your account on the homepage of our website and selecting return request. You will need your order number. All items must be in original packaging. You can return your item via DPD Returns (cheaper for you than An Post). Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Full details in our returns policy.
