Shipping

We currently use GLS as our courier service. Items ordered before 2pm are generally shipped on the same day. GLS have a very quick turn around with, next day or 48 hour delivery, the norm.

Shipping costs

We do our best to keep the shipping costs to a minimum. Shipping is free on all items over €100, except for bikes which cost €20 to ship within Ireland. Items under €100 cost €5.00. Items shipped outside of Ireland will cost more depending on weight and size. Shipping cost will be calculated at cart. Items on Special Offer / Sale are not eligible for free shipping.

Returns Policy

How do I return my order?

Hopefully your purchase fits you or its purpose perfectly but in the event that it doesn’t and you would like to return it, you have 21 days to do so, from the date you receive your purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt. This only applies to non-sale items. You can manage your returns here.

What about sale items?

Sale items may be returned for credit on your account at The Sports Room. Shipping costs of 5 euro will be deducted on return credit.

What if the item I bought is faulty?

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or your order is incorrect, please telephone us on 0404 62380 or email info@thesportsroom.ie. The Sports Room will refund any postage on damaged goods.

Can I return purchased item to the shop directly?

Yes you can! Simply bring your purchase and your dispatch note back to The Sports Room, Abbey Street, Wicklow Town and we can offer a refund to your account or you can exchange the item for something else.

Can I return my purchase via post?

Please use the address label from your dispatch note on the outside of your package and insert the remainder of the dispatch note in with your package before posting it back to us. The dispatch note has a barcode which makes it easier and quicker for us to process your return. If you don’t have your dispatch note, please make sure to include your order number, your email, your address and telephone number. Please post your returns to: The Sports Room, Abbey Street, Wicklow Town, A67 PP78, Ireland.

Remember to get ‘proof of posting’ as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us at the above address. You are required to pay for postage of returns unless they are faulty (as above).

How long does it take for money to be credited to my account?

Returns will usually be processed on the day they are received in the shop once you have followed the returns request process in the link above. (You can manage your returns here.)
