When you're buying running shoes, we recommend sizing up a half or even full size from your regular daily shoes. Take a look at our size charts to find your correct size when shopping online. If you have time, why not pop into The Sports Room where you can avail of our Safe Size machine to find your perfect fit.

For running, it's a good idea to have about a thumb's width of space from the top of your longest toe to the top of the shoe, to avoid issues like Runner's Toe.

How to measure for your shoe size at home

  1. Take a piece of blank paper and put it on the floor next to a wall. Place your foot on top and put the heel against the wall. Mark where your longest toe is and the outer edge of your heel.
  2. Measure the distance between the two points.
  3. Measure both feet. Use the measurement for the larger foot when choosing your running shoe.
