This super-absorbent Grip-Dot Towel is highly versatile. Use it with the dots down for an anti-slip yoga mat on its own or use it with the dots up on top of a class mat for hygiene - ideal for use in hot or power yoga where you sweat a lot and will want to wash your mat after each practice.

    Care Instructions: Please wash separately before first use 1/3rd of normal washing powder is all that is required. Machine wash at 40 degrees. Do not use bleach as this breaks down the microfibres. Do not use fabric softeners as these coat the fibres and reduce absorbency. Tumble dry on low heat.
