The Maurten Drink Mix 160 is a carbohydrate-rich sports drink. It utilises Hydrogel Technology and contains 40 grams of carbs per 500ml of water. Hydrogel Technology can help prevent stomach issues when taking fuel during high-intensity exercise.The Drink Mix becomes a hydrogel upon contact with the stomach, encapsulating the carbs and helping reduce the sensation of water sloshing around in the stomach.
