  • B: Measure your waist at the most narrow point
  • C: Measure your hip over the widest point
  • D: Measure from crotch to inseam at ankle
  • If you are between sizes go for the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger one for the looser fit. Go by the hip size rather than the waist size if they fall into different size categories.
