CLEANING YOUR YOGA MAT Spray several times onto a clean cloth and wipe yoga mat. For a deeper cleaning, liberally spray directly onto your yoga mat and let stand for at least 1 minute. Gently wipe with a cloth to remove dirt and let air dry before rolling up.
